Post installation of WorkFlow 3.4 i am getting an error page during mapping of data structures in the diagram.
The fmczchk.log file shows the error
FMC34035: Key ServiceLevel to erase not found in installation profile....
How can i fix this error ?????

I installed the service pack....but now i am having a new problem....
The service stops automatically on starting....this error was not there earlier.....
what do i do ?????? |

Yes that problem is solved on installing the service pack 6...Thanks
But once that is installed this problem arises......without the service pack it was working alright.....
The event viewer says it is a database error .....i have dB 8.1 installed.
the services menu says that an internal windows error has occured......
I am not on a LAN,could that be the problem.....should i install some loop back adapter or something......but then why did it work without the service pack ????
