Hi Guys,

I am using WBMIB 5.0 CSD 3 on win 2000
I deleted the broker from the toolkit and also the real broker using mqsideletebroker and also the qmgr.
I created another broker on a different qmgr and deployed it.
But the broker gives me the following error:

BIP1533E: Unable to deployconfiguration data: unknown WebsphereMQ queue manager MWBRKMQSRV associated with broker MYBROKER.

Note: MWBRKMQSRV ,MYBROKER are my deleted broker and qmgr.

Please help me out.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The normal order for deleting a broker is as follows:

1. Delete the broker from the toolkit (while the broker is running)
2. Ensure that you get a successful response for the deploy message that goes for the broker deletion
3 Delete the broker with the deletebroker command

If you had not followed the above steps and delete the broker from the broker system first, then the CMGR will still have an entry associating the broker with the QMGR. Then you have to manually delete the rows from the CMGR DB. Support can help you with this.
