As per my findings, MQControl VisualMQ (contact admin), Command MQ (BMC), CommerceQuest Queue Tool, Change Manager for MQ (BMC) are used for MQ Management.
DO these tools support Config Versioning? Config Change management? |

Does QPasa let you save the configuration of your current network into a version control system?
I mean, I know it will provide an audit trail. But that's not quite the same thing...

Let's face it
As far as I know no monitoring system provides full versioning
a) what you can do as a goaround is save the config of each qmgr in your system in a specific directory and use some version control tool on the files.
b) even audit trail is a daunting task as it is always possible to bypass the tool and go directly to runmqsc and change the qmgrs...
This is much more a matter of conventions, compliance and audit
