I would like to have some information about repository queue manager,

What will happen if all full repository queue manager go out of service at the same time?

Because I am planning for the repository QM I need the pros and crons of the same.

The Cluster Manual details this scenario and why you want to avoid it (documentation button, top of this screen). Try Chapter 7.
