You have to log into either Passport Advantage, PartnerWorld, or have a specific kind of DeveloperWorks subscription to download WMQI 2.1.
All of these types of accounts cost money.
There is not, currently (that I know of) a free trial of WMQI 2.1 - and I doubt there will be.
There may, in the next few months, be a trial version of WBIMB v6 (unless it's going to be renamed, in which case it will be something else v6).
But that'll only happen if it happens.
