Hi,
All of the sudden our toolkit has a problem to connect to the configuration manager by any ID(Admins & Developper). It worked for all our ID's until yesterday.

Here are the errors(just like non-WBIMB id),

ConfigManagerProxy information was not received from the Configuration Manager. Either the Configuration Manager is not available or the user 'vk02059' does not have authority to view the object. (UUID='', required attribute='name')

PubSubTopology information was not received from the Configuration Manager. Either the Configuration Manager is not available or the user 'vk02059' does not have authority to view the object. (UUID='PubSubTopology', required attribute='name')

TopicRoot information was not received from the Configuration Manager. Either the Configuration Manager is not available or the user 'vk02059' does not have authority to view the object. (UUID='TopicRoot', required attribute='name')

Here is the Event viewer application error,
Quote:
( ConfigMgr ) Unexpected exception accessing configuration repository; exception text: '[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT] SQL0973N Not enough storage is available in the "UTIL_HEAP_SZ" heap to process the statement. SQLSTATE=57011 '.

While attempting a database operation on the configuration repository, a SQL exception was caught by the Configuration Manager. The database operation did not complete successfully. If this message was issued by the Configuration Manager, then it will continue if it is safe to do so. The exception text is: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT] SQL0973N Not enough storage is available in the "UTIL_HEAP_SZ" heap to process the statement. SQLSTATE=57011 .

For more information on this error refer to the relevant documentation for the database manager you are using for the configuration repository (for example, for DB2 refer to the DB2 SQL Reference manual).

We worked with IBM and changed UTIL_HEAP_SZ to 10000(default is 5000) and bounce the configuration manager to make it work.

It worked but we did not know how the toolkit worked(Either configuration restart or changing the heap size)?

Also we experienced with max application connections(MAXAPPLS) on the broker database.

Is there any thing we need to think about the database level? Any documentation(not db2) about "tuning the database for WBIMB".
