We are seeking Services Specialist resources skilled in WebSphere. Candidate will be required to perform the following:

- We are seeking WebSphere developers for AIX with a strong background in database coding for both JDBC and SQLJ to provide guidance to less experienced developers on how to write database related code in WebSphere applications and help with troubleshooting WebSphere applications that are experiencing database/code related issues
- Make the necessary tables available to the applications
- Responsible for the maintenance of the database system
- Responsible for backup and recovery procedures as they relate to the database system
- This is a large scale build out of AIX in a complex environment
- The customer recently committed to J2EE/WebSphere
The customer is setting up DB2 Databases for Web.
