I have downloaded WBIMB V5 from the PartnerWorld/Developer Works site and unzipped the file into a directory structure on my hard drive (Windows XP system). I then ran the "setup.jar" file to install the product. It asks for the language, location, and type of install I wish to do, but I never receive the license agreement acceptance panel. Consequently, nothing installs (0kb)!! Very frustrating!! It has to be something simple. Anybody been here before?

Did you install the prerequisites?
MDAC and Agent Controller

Hey everybody, forget the post. The file that was downloaded did not contain all the components needed (Config Mgr. Toolkit). Sorry for the false alarm
