How to associate Instances with Organization

How do we associate workflow instance to particular organization, for example
I have application # 123 and # 456
Application # 123 should be processed by organization 1 staff where as application #456 should be processed by organization 2 staff.

When you define a Model, you can associate an Organization with it at the Process level. You can do this "From Container". Now when you start your INstances, they will use this Organization as part of the staffing requirements. I.E. every activity MUST be done by a member of the specified organization
