My client is seeking a Middleware Administrator to provide support for Data Connectivity & Transformation environments including WMQ, WMQI, WebSphere Application Server, WebLogic Application Servers, and in house built transmission systems.
This is an ideal role for someone who would like to broaden their skills in the middleware arena, lots of opportunity to work on different products in an environment where self development is encouraged.
Skills :
The DC&T Service Group provides a wide range of integration and middleware solutions and support services aligned to meet global business needs for application integration, data exchange and data transformation.
Essential Skills: WMQ/MQSeries - 2 years
Good Unix skills (Solaris) - 1-2yrs
Ops Support (dev/prod problem solving) - 1-2yrs
Exposure to encryption concepts (PGP, GNUPG, SSL etc.)
Excellent interpersonal/Communication skills
Highly advantageous skills (any):
WMQI, WAS, WebLogic, Java, OS/390.
Desirable (any):
FTP, Connect Direct, TomCat, GenTran
