Hello,
Can some one post some highlights where MB and ICS differ. Or which one to prefer most.

You cannot compare these two products as they are used for different purpose.

WBIMB - Mainly used for Transformation and Routing.

WICS - Mainly used for automating and synchronizing business activities executed across multiple applications as business processes.

Suggesting one or the other will depend on your requirements.
