If it is a Temporary dynamic queue it will be delted automatically when u close thew application.
If it's a Permanent dynamic Queue, and if not deleted by the application that created the queue, u can delete as Normal queue using Delete Qlocal command.

If your operating platform is the OS/390 (and the queues are permanent) there's also a supportpac available:
