Hi All,

We faced the problem when our Cluster QM had a abnormal shutdown.

The best practice by which the QM reappeared in our MQ Explorer listed below.

Now follow the following steps to resolve this:

a. Show all Queue Manager the partial repository Queue Manager in your MMC. (Windows Explorer)

b. Right click on the Queue Manager (Partial Repo) and select Refresh Cluster Information. (Don’t select the option of “refresh Cluster info”.)

c. Right click on the Full Repository Queue Manager and select Refresh Cluster Information.

d. Select "Queue Managers in Cluster" in MMC.

e. At the empty space Right Click and Refresh (i.e. in the right pane) .

Now you will see the partial Queue Manager as a part of Cluster in Cluster folder.


Please comment/suggest any step by which you have resolved the same situation , if any.
