All,
I am using:
WF 3.4 SP5
WAS 5.1 (No Service packs applied)
MQ 5.3.1 (I do not know the fix pack level)
DB2 8.1

I am getting the following error when I am trying to access Workflow monitor thru webclient.
Code:
FMC00013E Communication Error - Failing Action: put, Reason Code: 2019, Failing Object: FMC.FMCSYS.EXE

We recently migrated to WAS 5.1. I am not getting this error if I access monitor thru WAS 4.

Any ideas?

Looks like Workflow server session is not establshed. How are you connecting to workflow server ? I mean, are you using any tunneling ?
Btw, you can find the software version by typing "lslpp -l|grep mq" on the command line if it is Unix.

thanks,

Is the webclient set up the same way in WAS 4 as wells as WAS 5.1.
Is the configuration settings same for both.
Is this an error only for the Webclient monitor.
Does this mean you are able to Login and do other things except for the monitor icon in the webclient?

I am just curious.

Thanks
Karthik

A RC=2019 can occur if you are running WAS 5.x on zOS. In this case you must use the profile variable FMLSWASContext. See WebClient setup documentation for zOS.

Thanks for your responses.

Hos:
You are correct, I am running all these on z/os. I will try that and will get back with results.

Thanks again.
