When signing into the Runtime Client, after several minutes the following error message is received:

Program Execution Agent Startup Failed RC=14

The documentation I have does not help to determine the problem. Should the user be deleted and then recreate with a new password?

Thanks,

Return Code 14 means Time Out. I guess the connection to MQWF runtime can not be established. Did you configure your Queue Manager successfully? I suggest you start the "First Step" of MQSeries, and check the status of Default Configuration.

Thanks for the reply. However, it appears to us that the Queue Manager is configured fine. I can get into Runtime with Admin user, but I am not able to get into another account. This user at one time was able to access his account without getting this error. It is my understanding that the only thing that changes is the information we import from Buildtime. Possibly I need to revisit that.
