Looking for information on Error 13. Receiving:
AMQ9213: A communications error for TCP/IP occurred.

EXPLANATION:
An unexpected error occurred in communications.
ACTION:
The return code from the TCP/IP (open) call was 13 (X'D'). Record these values
and tell the systems administrator.


Can not find what the TCP/IP error 13 means; does someone have a location I can go the find this error and meaning???

It depends on the operating system. On Unix's, they can usually be found in errno.h.

Yeah, in AIX TCP/IP return code 13=Permission denied.
