whats ur OS? I am assuming it as windows as you have mentioned dll.
If it is so, do not kill any processes. Stop Websphere MQ service and then try.

can u post the processes running?
Whats ur OS?
I think Alereter has nothing to do with MQ.

Just asked for the process list, anyway looks like no mq processes are running.
Goto the services window and stop Windows Management Instrumentation
service.
