Hi

I am working on Mesage Broker toolkit and broker V5 and Agent Controller 5.0.2 installed on AIX machine. Flow debugger was workin fine for me and now it stopped working all of a sudden only on couple of servers. I uninstalled and re-installed the toolkit with csd04. Still problem is same. Problem is I can't see flows under the EG. Same thing is working for a different server but not on couple of servers. For all others in my team it's working on every server. What could be the issue. Is there anything to do with my account on this server or permissions on the Broker EG's ??

Please Help me........

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wbihelp/v6rxmx/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.etools.mft.doc/au16610_.htm

star the agent controller first and then start the broker..

Thanks for the response. We did this many times.

1. Stop RAC
2. Stop the broker
3. Start RAC
4. Start the brokers

But problem still same. But samething is working for my other team members but not for me.

Have you looked at file permissions?
The broker tries to create some pipe socket files... If they do not get created with the right permissions or can't get created due to directory permissions you are in trouble....

Talk to your IBM Support about it. We had the case earlier and a collegue of mine fixed it with IBM support help.

The broker tries to create some pipe/socket file to answer the debugger's call. If the user running the broker does not have the right permissions for the directory and file you run into trouble like execution groups not showing in the debugger in the attach dialog etc...
