Hi,
I am having a peculiar problem. I have to create test messages manually in text files with special character X'0A' as delimeter for my TDS messages. Whenever I try to put X'0A' in the text file it automatically gets converted into X'0D0A' i.e. <CRL>. Can any body tell me abt any easy wayout of this problem.

I guess you are using notepad or wordpad to create your test files.
Anyway - create your test files with those editors then do the following:
1. Download Ultra Edit from http://www.ultraedit.com/ and install.
2. Edit your file with Ulta Edit
3. Do CTRL-H (Hex Mode) (make sure cursor is at beginning of file)
3. Then CTRL-R (Replace)
4. Type 0D for "find what"
5. Leave blank for "Replace with"
6. Click Replace
