I want to export all message sets for backup purpose. However, current mqsimsgsetimpexp command requires message set name. How can I retrieve a list of all available message set names for export purpose ? or any script available ?
thanks in advance

Unfortunately, there is no command or script to retrieve all message set names. You may get all names by adding them to your workspace.

Hi,
There is a supportPac ID06 with this we can list all messagesets and messageset Ids. so you can use this supportpac for listing all messagesets which are in your database.

Supportpac ID06 only works on WMQI 2.1 |

thanks for your information, I think it is easier to a write a JDBC program to read PROJECT table in MQSIMRDB to get all message set names and then call mqsiimpexpmsgset to export them. The logic is simple.
