Not able to connect to ConfigMgr |

Hello All,
When I try to connect to the configMgr Iam getting the error:
Could not connect to MQ Queue Manager 'ConfigQM' (reason code=2009)
please help,

Maybe on the config manager's QMGR, you have ran out of connections?
How many channels are running? |
