I was using IKeyMan on AIX and was trying to generate an 2048 byte certificate, but only saw the ability to generate 512 byte or 1024 byte keys. Are 2048 byte certificates supported by IKeyMan and more importantly MQSeries?

Yes, we are using such certificates on all platforms. But we got all from the CA server.
