Thank you |

I was asked to do a report on the tool box functions.
I'm using the Websphere MQ v5.3 on WinXP, and I can't seem to find any tool box functions anywhere on the Explorer.
Can anyone help me with this? |

I bet you are confusing explorer with the MQ Broker Toolkit, which isn't part of MQ. (It's the developer's piece for the broker which is a seperate product.) So my guess is you are looking for something that doesn't exist on you machine. _________________ Patrick Goodhart

If you installed the Websphere MQSeries Help Center on your desktop, check out the section Administation/Websphere MQ Explorer.
Otherwise, you can download the md06 supportpac (MQSeries Information Center). Check out the section on Administration using the MQSeries Explorer. |

Thanks for the responses, guys.
From my question, I guess it's pretty obvious that I'm a total newbie at MQ.
I have another newbie question, if you don't mind me asking.
What are the core products under the WebSphere MQ family? I gather that WebSphere MQ, MQ Everyplace, MQ Workflow and Data Interchange are the main software packages under the MQ category.
Am I right? Is there more?
Thanks in advance, guys! |
