When trying to update my toolkit, I accept to install all this stuff ('Next' >> 'I accept' >> 'Instal'l for every item), despite it seems it is doing something, nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed and the same set of available updates is given to me when restarting the toolkit and launching again the 'New updates...' feature.
I have currently CSD3.
Any ideas?

It would help to see your configuration details (Help > About .. > Configuration Details) directly after an attempt to update the toolkit.

it's a 2.32 MB text file, I'm going to zip it and send it to you. At the very bottom of it, there are some java exception that will probably provide some info...
