I got this java error ==>>> java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/security/PrivilegedAction.

What does this mean?

I'm using AIX 4.3.3.0, MQSeries 5.3 CSD 04, Java 1.1.8......

The general answer for java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError is that the JVM could not find the class at runtime.

make sure that the jar file wrapping this class in in classpath.

I think you need a new JDK:
