Hi:

I am using C++ libraries of MQ. I have further wrapped them in my classes.

Here is the code that coredumps. If you have suggestions, then please let me know.

0. classA::function A() {
1. ImqGetMessageOptions m_gmo;

2. m_gmo.setOptions(options);
3. m_gmo.setWaitInterval( MQWI_UNLIMITED );

4. m_mqmd.setMessageId();
5. m_mqmd.setCorrelationId();
6. m_mqmd.setFormat(MQFMT_STRING);
7. m_mqmd.clearMessage();
8. bool rc = get(m_gmo);
}

9. classA::get() {

}

The function get() above, simply does a queue.get(), and copies the retrieved data from the queue on a heap.

After the function returns from step 8. above, it coredumps. Printing stack, appears to be freeing memory from ImqGetMessageOptions object??

Please help.

Thanks

I think we are going to have to see the code withing the get() method in order to advise better. Would it be possible to post the actual code of the call and the class?
