2 years ago I received the 095 certification - Is it worth my while to take the 294? or is it basically the same as 095?

Bottom line - is there any 'value add' to getting the 294 certification on top of the 095

095 was the certification test that was pre-WMQ 5.3. The 294 test is the WMQ 5.3 test. Is there any value in getting it? Well, you could argue that it shows you are keeping up-to-date on the product. However, if you are some place that doesn't care, then don't worry about it.
