I have't got much of working experience with MQClustering right now, but i am exploring into it slowly.
Based on this, i have a question, how will pubsub react in a cluster environment. Say 2 queue manager both has pubsub broker running individually for itself. In a clustered environment, how the subscribers find their way in and out...
I would really appreciate if anyone share their knowlegde with me in this concepts.

You didn't say what broker you are using. There is a section in the MA0C pub/sub manual about what can and can't be done with clustering. You should look it over to see if it applies to your situation.

There is a small section in chapter 3 on the limitations of using cluster queues.
