Has anyone ever seen this error message in the reply queue?

Dave:
I just went digging and find that this is the error message (from the file fmckmenu.cat) given for RC = 1 (which of course makes sense based on the error code). I have never seen this ReturnCode used.
Please post anything you find out about this.

Here is the actual message I get out of the Reply Queue.
I do have a PMR open with IBM, but we haven't solved the problem yet. Any help would be great..
