i am new to MQ SERIES so any of you please tell me how to put a message to a client connection and test it?

You need to use a program to do this. You can either use a sample program, an included utility program, or you can write one.

Have you installed MQSeries? Have you looked at the manuals, available at the button labelled "DOCUMENTATION" at the top of this screen?
