e.g:

IA09 - MQGet plugin.
IA73 - FTPSend Plugin.
IC03 - Visual Tester.
IH02 - MQSIPUT ???!!!
IH05 - WebSphere MQ Integrator - Remote command line utilities.
MD01 - MQSeries Standards & Conventions.
MP05 - Simple MQSeries response time monitor.

These are just a few of the many that people are probably using. Perhaps the SupportPac man from IBM could elaborate (I am not sure who this is...)

I looked at response time monitor readme, and it has this to say,

various reasons for support being removed. In the case of response time monitor, it was by sandvik. That is not entirely IBM responsibility isn't it?
