Do you need to run a User Name Server (UNS) to use the new object level security in MB v5. It says it uses ACL's and those I believe are stored in the UNS, so it makes sense to me. Am I off on this one, or is the UNS needed.

Paul, I think you are off on this one. The User Name Server is used in the context of end users to control who can and can't publish/subscribe to topics. Object Level Security is to control which developers and administrators can and can't access different broker domain resources. Two quite different things, though both use an ACL based approach.
