Hi,
you may need the MQ - WBI Adapter when you use WICS (Websphere Interchange Server).
I think it makes no sense to use it together with WBIMB/WMQI or WAS.

Run the install in Win 2000 compatibility mode, it will then install & run fine. |

I didn't understand jlrowe's point either. So I spent two minutes with the Windows help system...
Right click on the installer application, and select Properties. There should be a "compatibility" tab, which will allow you to change the compatibility properties of the application. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Are you running XP Home or XP Pro? It may make a difference, I don't know.
I'm running XP Pro.
Try opening up Windows Help (press F1 from the desktop), and enter into the search "compatability", and see if you get a topic back called "Getting older programs to run on Windows XP". _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
