Hello Everybody,
I am working on C# app which writes messages to MQ Server on Mainframe. When I sent messages from my PC there ending up in deadletter queue becuase my userid "Administrator" which I logged into my PC. Somebody can help me how I can overwrite another UserId.
I tried with AccessQueue parameters but still it goes as my logged in userid. I also tried with Message.UserId but no luck.
Funny thing is If Log in with UserId less than 8 characters it goes correctly.

The userid used on windows client is the SIGN-ON userid, you can change it on z/OS (overriding it using a exit or set MCA-user on z/OS) or use the right user on the "gates-box".
The challange on z/OS with userid of only 8 characters have been there for years.
Circumvention to all your problems is using a real userid which fits into z/OS (max 8 characters).
A good thin, don't run as administrator! If you only have the needed auth, you might save some time.... Not all viras can run as an ordinary user  Who cares ...
How many userids have SPECIAL and/or OPERATIONS options on your site on the z/OS box ? It's similar to Administrator...
