The development is done under AIX/Websphere4.0/MQSeriese.
I've got the following exception.
What may the reason of it ?

The MQ reason code 2059 may be b'se the queue manager is not started or problems with channel definition for client connections.

Thank you for your answer.
I think that problem is in Websphere – probably it has some problems with MQEnvironment object.It must be initialized before calling constructor of MQQueueManager object.
