Hey guys,

does any one have any clue about where can i find some interesting information on "MQSeries development using VB". I searched with keyword "VB" in this forum, but no luck. I need some sample programs for opertaions in MQSeries. If anyone can provide any info on this I would appreciate that.

Have you tried looking on your system?

Try looking in <MQ_INSTALL_DIR>\Tools\VB

If you don't have a Tools folder, you didn't install the Samples.

Thanks jeff. I have seen that in tools but it does not seem that clear. I just want to know in detail. and one more thing is that y dint we have about vb in mqseries.net. can u provide any links or pdf links for development in vb . that will be of great help for me.

Have you tried the "Documentation" button at the top of the page?

The manual called "Using the Component Object Model Interface", or some such, is the manual that includes descriptions of the Visual Basic API for MQ Series.

Also, if you don't understand the VB samples, then you probably don't understand MQSeries application programming. For that, you should read the aptly named Application Programming Guide.
