Hi,
I have a simple process where based on the input field the work item is assigned to a role. The problem is that the WI is assigned to all the Staff in that role. I want the work item to be assigned to only one staff with that role preferebly one who does not have much load. The only input field available is the role to which it has to be assigned.

Assignment by role will always go to all the members of the role.
