The reason that no client is required is that IBM has two technologies for acting as a client to a queue manager. One is a native code library which is supplied with the IBM MQseries Client products. These libraries take the MQ calls and create the TCP/IP connection and protocol and send them to the server.
IBM has also implemented these libraries in 100% Java ... they still form a TCP/IP connection to the server and send exactly the same data as the native code libraries ... but these are self contained within the IBM supplied JAR files supplied with MA88.
