Hi

I am looking for four people to be involved on the following project. If you wish to apply and are not UK based or have an EU passport, please be honest with me as I will need to see how easy it will be to get a visa for a short term contract. Please note that you will need to get yourself to the UK if you are successful and the client does not pay expenses. The role is to start as soon as possible. Please also let me know when is a good time to be telephone interviewed both from HR and technical perspectives.
The role is for 50 days to design and implement the MQSI message flows to enable the support of services for external interfaces, the enrichment of data and the interaction withWorkflow to progress the clients orders. Messaging between the various components is based around XML so familiarisation of XML and its use with MQSI is essential. The developer will be responsible for helping develop the overall detailed level MQSI design to support a releases functionality and requirements, then designing the detail of the specific MQSI flows, coding and unit testing.
In addition to the pure development, the role involves analysis of defects
raised during development integration and system test and the resolution of these through timely fixes with the associated regression testing and
documentation updates. Hence experience in a role supporting a separate test organisation would be useful.
The project is using WBIMB V5, MQ series v5.2 and DB2 v8.x currently on AIX 5.x.

Mandatory Skills/Experience
WMQI v2.1 (at least 2/3 years continuous experience), XML

Desirable Skills/Experience
WBIMB v5, SQL, Testing experience
