Can we specify filter in FMCIBIE when exporting persons from RT DB?

I have 5000 users defined in my RT DB. All I want to do is export only persons that starts with 'U' (like 'ucubus', 'usher' ....).

Just to add.
Write a simple AWK script to read the FDL and filter the file provided you are running on UNIX.
I did some time to parse it. But unfortunately I do not have the code to do it
