getting 2016 error

Hi,

I need to check the contents of the message as we're having an issue with french characters not being encoded correctly.

Here is what I have done:

1. I have written a small JMS program that pulls a message off of a transmission queue. I stop the channel so that the message does not get sent.
2. When I run my program, I get a 2016 error. Something about MQGet getting inhibited. How do I check this in runmqsc? How do I change this attribute in runmqsc?

Anyone how where I can get a reference on the commands available while in runmqsc?

The Command reference manual can be found on the link 'Documentation' above.

In any case, what you need to do to change the get inhibit is

ALTER QL(queue_name) GET(ENABLED)

thanks very much. it worked like a charm. Which link in the documentation? The Administrator Guide? I couldn't find a runmqsc reference there.

The documentation link on top of this page.

There's no runmqsc command... but there is Command Reference. Use that.
