Hey,

We are currently having problems deploying a bar file. We used the wizard in WMQI to create our DB, configmgr, and broker. Once the wizard was completed everything appeared correct ( domain was connected and broker was available). However, once we created a message flow and clicked deploy, nothing happens. We receive errors windows event log as follows:

( WT01_BROKER.$SYS_mqsi ) File 'C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Business Integration Message Brokers\bin\imbdfagg.lil' could not be loaded; operating system return code '127'.

The message broker detected the loadable implementation file 'C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Business Integration Message Brokers\bin\imbdfagg.lil' but this could not be loaded by the operating system. The operating system return code was '127'.

Determine the cause of the load failure by analyzing the operating system return code. If necessary contact either the author or the supplier of the loadable implementation library for further assistance. If the supplier is IBM, contact your IBM support center.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After about 5 minutes the deploy times out and we finally get BIP2087E, BIP2066E, and BIP 1536S. We have recreated the configmgr, broker and DB's multiple times.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Well, imbdfagg.lil is the lil file that contains the Aggregate nodes. So hopefully, the flow you are trying to deploy contains the Aggregation nodes.

First, try deploying a simple flow that only has an MQInput linked to an MQOutput.

If that succeeds, then the problem is localized to the Aggregation nodes. You might need to make sure that the Aggregation nodes have their database configured and setup properly.

Also, I have to ask, but did you follow the proper procedure for installation? That is, if you are starting from the GA version, did you apply the FixPack immediately after installation of the GA, and BEFORE you ran any of the tools? (even launching the Toolkit after the GA installation can hose things).

If you did run something after GA installation and before application of fixpacks, you need to uninstall all WBIMB code and start over.

I did install the fixpack prior to running anything.

Also, the flow we are deploying is currently only a mqinput wired to a mqouput, no aggregate node is involved. I have no idea why it would be trying to access that file.

We have cleaned the broker, config manager, db's completely off the machine and recreated all of them. At this point we tried to deploy a simple message flow and found out that there are no subscriptions between the config manager and broker. Anyone know how this problem occurs or how to fix it?

We have found the root cause of our problem. We had the wrong CSD03 installed on the stystem.

Thanks for all the help.

Do you mean that you had installed CSD03 for Event Broker only, and not CSD03 for Message Broker?

Because, as far as I know, it should not be possible to install CSD03 for Message Broker with Rules & Formatting on a Message Broker (without Rules & Formatting) or vice versa.
