We're looking to upgrade our WAS Embedded MQ with full blown WMQ v5.3. (intel Linux and AIX) I can't find any documentation on how to do this. Do I have to uninstall the embedded mq, then install full WMQ? Can I just upgrade w/o uninstalling? What I really need is a pointer to some IBM documentation.

I did find this earlier thread, but it doesn't provide a link to any IBM documentation:

Has anyone done this? Do you have detailed instructions?
