I beleive in a cluster environment if the one of the workflow server goes down,We need to bring the Queuemanager down to make the clustering work.I am working on a windows environment,Does anyone handle this before by writing some scripts?

I have not worked with Windows env but there is a support pac that has scripts to configure workflow in a OS cluster for failover.

I am talking about some script to monitor the workflow service and which will bring down the Queuemanger if the workflow service goes down.

You should write a small script to check for the workflows main processes, especially fmcamain process. If this goes down then bring down the workflow queue manager with endmqm -i
