We are currently doing a proof of concept for MQSI 2.1 and we are already using ebiz integrator.

We are able to import the existing nnsy formats into MQSI. We do not know how to correlate the message set to the nnsy formats.

any help ?

I believe your ebiz integrator documentation should explain this concept?
After all, Rules and Formatter documentation should have been included with software from Sybase.

Since you are doing POC, I'd recommend using WBIMB instead of MQSI 2.1. Support for MQSI 2.1 will end soon.
