Hello

Does anyone have problems with MQ Series Server 5.3 on Windows 2003 Server? Everytime I logoff or restart the box, the IBM Websphere MQ Service fails to start it's subtask's. After each logoff the qmgr's are stopped.

Any idea or simimal problems?

We changed nothing. We installed the Software from a package.

If it 5.3 CSD06, there is a bug on windows with some MQ services not working. Download the patches (I think there are now 2 for CSD06, but there is definitly at least one).

Do a search on this site. Its been mentioned a few times.

If its not CSD06...

We solved the problem. It was a failure in the silent installation from a package. Fixes for the "listenerproblem" are available on the IBM Site.
