You can run the checker utility in debug mode...
fmczchk -d
this will print many parameters of your MQ Workflow system...
Check your data base alias in this list _________________ -manoj |

Ranjith,
You have 11 errors --- are you sure you have proper privileges to start MQ Workflow or execute the MQ Workflow commands ? _________________ -manoj |

What is your setup?
Is it 2-tier or 3-tier?
Do you have any configurations, if yes, how many and what type of configurations?

Ranjith,
First of all check that the "fmc" user is a member of "fmcgrp", "mqm" and the database group "db2iadm1"....these groups are default groups and i guess you are using the default groups settings...
And also as CHF pointed out please post your configuration settings here.
I think the most likely reason for Database not found is because the "fmc"
user profile doesn't have the db2 profile in it.. _________________ -manoj |

From the above error messages, it appears to me that Workflow is not installed correctly. What do you think Manoj?
Ranjith, Post all the information that you have regarding the installation and setup of Workflow, so that people here can look at and give their suggetions.

Yes CHF,
It could be a problem with an incomplete installation or configuration.. _________________ -manoj |

On AIX, you can issue
to see if any of the installation is incomplete, broken on that machine.
Also post the following
the output of
Code: |
lslpp -L | grep -i fmc |
and the contents of /usr/lpp/fmc/fmcrc
Did you create any configurations?
Do you have the right permissions for /var/fmc and /var/mqm |
