Hi,
where do i download the microfocus cobol compiler
for nt 4.0.I do have one but it doesn't have the
cbllink.exe as mentioned in the manuals for linking
the cobol program.

The MicroFocus COBOL compiler is licensed software. I don't think that you can download it anywhere for free.
Did the free Hitachi compiler suggested by somebody a couple of weeks ago not work? This person said that he successfully used it. Have you tried it? Did you download the documentation from the website I sent you?
By the way: I would be surprised if the Microsoft Linker would understand the LITLINK linker directive...

i did download the fujitsu compiler.
i faced problems while linking it.
we do have a licensed copy of Microfocus cobol
compiler.
is there any way by which i could escalte my prob to IBM?
