Somehow the command server is being stopped on our Vax nodes, so then QPasa puts command messages into the System.Admin.Command.Queue and they do not get read, because the command server is stopped. I try to start the command server and some application has hold of the queue, so I can't start it. But my question is how did the server get stopped, and where can I look to see any information. I am not a Vax guru.
