I recently encountered a size problem when I called the method
MQMessage.getDataLength() , It's longer than the acutal size than I
got from using MQ Visual Edit software, ex. the size I got was 616
but actually it should be 596 I found in MQ visual edit -- MQMD attributes
view.

I'll highly appreciate if someone could help me out.

Hi All,

I've figured out what happened it was, that's because I did not issue
the MQC.MQGMO_CONVERT option ( in MQGetMessageOptions ) when
getting data from queue, since I'm using Linux platform and they are
using Mainframe on the other end.
